How to use player numbering for American football youth teams

This section is designed for the coach looking for a new scheme, block, formation, etc. It's a good starting point for beginning coaches as well as a good reminder for veteran coaches.
 

Player Numbering

This is a basic numbering system:
Quarterback = 1
Wideback = 2
Fullback = 3
Tailback = 4
